Reader Dana Donnelly sent me a lovely gift in the mail that arrived yesterday. It belonged to her grandmother and she wanted it to go to someone who would really appreciate it.
This cute circus pony cookie cutter!
I'd date it around the late 1940s/early 1950s. I inherited a whole slew of cookie cutters like this from one of my grandmothers - made from plastic with the body filled in so that details are cut into the cookie dough and then bake into the cookies. None of those are circus ponies, so I am really, really excited to have this one!
