Sales Post: Western Pony/Grooming Kit and a Knock Off Donkey

FOR SALE: Western Pony with Grooming Kit and a Knock Off Donkey, $10 each or $15 for both.

1) Western Pony with Grooming Kit, $10 (or $15 for both Western Pony and Knock Off Donkey if purchased together.)

An early Breyer piece, I found this piece at a local antique shop.

No chips or breaks, but it does have rubs and could use a gentle bath.

The grooming kit is vinyl and has some tears.

The grooming tools are long gone.

2) Knock Off Donkey, $10 (or $15 for both Donkey and Western Pony if purchased together.)

This Breyer Donkey knock off may be a fake, but he is a cute fake.

There is a glow about him that looks like Breyer's pearly finishes.

Most likely he is made of styrene as he is very lightweight.

He was actually made in Hong Kong by the Diamond P company. Go here for more information on the history of this piece.

Purchase Information

To buy, send an email to horsiemama8@gmail.com telling me you'd like to buy the set. (This applies to those on Facebook, too.) If more than one person wants the models, I will go in time stamp order.

Payment is due via PayPal Goods & Services (sorry, no other payment accepted) within 48 hours after I send you an email accepting the sale. If no payment has been sent by the end of 48 hours, I will move on to the next person, again in time stamp order.

I will ship ASAP either USPS or UPS, whichever has the better rate. (I use Pirate Ship.) Shipping costs are not included in the sale price and are the buyer's responsibility. PLMK if you wish to add insurance.

More Information

I have scheduled today's sales models to post on the blog at 10:00 AM EST. I am also posting the sales models on my Facebook page, Horsiemama's Haversacks & Mercantile at the same time in an effort to be fair to both groups of people.

I will do my best to describe flaws but be aware that I do not always see them until someone points them out. Having said that, I will do my utmost to describe pieces as best I can.
