In the 1990s my mother, sister, and I owned a business together and sewed clothing for 18th century re-enactors. It was fun, but that clothing is very detailed and takes a lot of time to make.
See those light pink stays under my jacket? I made that set and then said never again! They are incredibly difficult to make and take 30 plus hours to sew.
Those lines running vertically are stitch lines, and they form channels so you can insert boning. There are about 75 - 100 bones (whalebone back then, plastic now) in a set of stays. Tedious, tedious work to make, and no wonder 18th century stays sell for $400 -$600 to re-enactors! (Photo from Google Images.)
The Mercantile was born, and while I only sell on Facebook, business is BRISK. I am sewing nearly every day (I take Sundays off) just to keep up with the orders.
But only selling on Facebook can have its drawbacks. Several blog readers have contacted me and explained that they are not on Facebook and don't have access to buying them.
While I do not want to turn this blog into a sales site, I am willing to post fabrics and contact info occasionally.
I'm still figuring out how to do that without distracting from the daily blog entry. Whatever I do, though, the focus of the blog will remain on my life with horses.

Most of my blog focus is on the dolls I make, and my life, but not a lot about sales. I do post sales catalogs once in awhile, maybe that would work for you. That way you could keep the focus mostly where you want it.
