Susan Renaker Nikas, daughter of Maxine and John Renaker (the founders of Hagen Renaker) has passed away. She was the last CEO of Hagen Renaker and had just retired in December when the factory closed after 75 years of production.
I didn't know Sue, but I sure knew the horses her factory produced. A few of my favorites from my collection follow.
