I'm working on another post from our summer family gathering, but it is not going to be finished before I need to take Pepper to the vet for her monthly Percorten injection. (For those who don't know, Pepper has Addison's Disease.)
So, here's a shorter post to start the day about one of my favorite things - a game Mila plays with brothers, friends, and cousins. (And once in a while, her Grammy.)
I have two walkers - the red one was my mother's and when I started needing some assistance, I began using it.
However, it squeaks terribly, and even worse has no working brakes.
As evidenced by this video in which I gave my kids heart attacks at the JCs^2 wedding last August. (I was just playing around but the walker did get away from me a bit. Hah!)
The blue one is new, its brakes work fine, and it doesn't squeak so I use it when I am out and about in public.
Which leaves the red one available to grands who like to play and go on rides with it.
Or, if you are Mila, play your favorite game, Grannies Janet and Rita from the Australian kids' show, Bluey.
Mila imitates Janet perfectly and we all enjoy watching the Grannies and their antics.
Here's the video Mila showed me when she first started playing. No wonder she likes playing Janet so much.
More to come maybe even later today, so stay 'tooned!
