Julie - Moving On!

First Post of the Day

Trinity is not the only one moving on in their education this spring. The quads are, too! At least, those whose elementary schools finish at 5th grade and then have the students move on to middle school for 6th grade.

Julie is the oldest of the quads and was the first to go through that ceremony. (Oh, did it bring back memories of doing the same for my 5th graders!)

The gym was all decorated for the students and looked lovely.

All the 5th graders sang a song together about moving on and into the future.

Gosh, can she really be ready to move on to middle school? Seems like just yesterday that she was born! (Love those cowgirl boots, Julie!)

This is such a cool idea - all the 5th graders made a handprint in the school colors for a banner that was hung in the hall. (Most appear to be right-handed prints but I spy some left-hand ones, too. Says this mama of a lefty who herself is also a mama of one of the quads - Mountain Mama Jessica!)

Congratulations, Julie! We are so proud of you for all you have already accomplished and know that that trend will continue as you move into the future. We love you so much!!
