New Cheval Foal

Another piece from an online sale. It's a Cheval Small Foal in bay.
I think it may be an early piece. I've had trouble finding information on it.
It has its original gold sticker on belly.

This is my seventh Cheval and I am delighted to add it to my china cabinet.

    I think your foal is "Sunny Sarah" -- produced around the same time as the pot-bellied, spaghetti-maned ponies, although she and the lying down colt "Sunny Sam" lack the typical pot-belly look. Here are some poor pictures of the two: http://www.tickleyourfancy.net/chevalponies.htm
