NaMoPaiMo - Storage Space and Final Layers

I have discovered that, just as shelf space fills up quickly in a model horse collection, so does storage space for painting supplies.
I bought this storage container at Meijer on Saturday and was surprised to see that what I had already filled it up.

I decided that Sultanna still looked a little too day-glo and needed another layer of color. For the ninth layer of base color, I tried mixing Burnt Sienna in with Titan Buff, Yellow Medium, and Yellow Oxide. After I mixed each pairing, Practice Pony got a little more paint put onto her sides.
None were the color I was looking for, so I mixed Yellow Oxide and Titan Buff together.
Success! That was the color I wanted for Sultanna's coat.
Again remembering to thin with a little water, I painted the ninth layer and let it dry a few hours. I could still see some day-glo yellow, so I painted another layer.
I think that my final coat is finally done.

Next up is shading, using the shading chart that Anne Field and Jennifer Buxton posted on their blogs.
